Preferred Building Maintenance LLC, PBM, is a Professional Cleaning contractor offering complete Janitorial services to commercial, healthcare and industrial facilities throughout the Connecticut and Eastern New York areas.  With combined 30 years experience in the Professional Cleaning business, we manage cleaning and custodial services in schools and municipalities.  Our references are very strong.  We provide services such as carpet cleaning, strip and wax refinishing of tile floors. Routine cleaning and janitorial is our specialty and the services we offer are totally comprehensive.

At PBM, our central focus is on staff supervision and regular inspections to find and address cleaning issues before our clients have to invest their time on them, execute proper corrective action, and follow up to ensure the job was done right.
